My New Year experience at a hotel was great! Loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The room was stocked with everything I needed and the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the great location as it was very close to many local attractions and restaurants. One of the best advantages was the free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a great way to start my day.
While the amenities were impressive, the hotel staff could have been more responsive and efficient. It took them a while to respond to my requests and sometimes they were unable to deliver.
